hi this is my first tutorial but i hope il make more, well good luck.

1. create a new canvas size : 350x120

2. go to Filter>Render>Cloud, it should look something like this:
Image

3. get a grunge brush i used this one: here

now make a new layer and brush around with black on the canvas untill it loks like this:
Image

4now make a new layer and brush with white:
Image
if you dont like what you got you can repeat steap 3 and 4 a coupple of times untill you feel you got it right.

5. now throw in your render (dont make it smaller yet) and got to Filter>Blur>Gausian Blur set it to around 4 or so, than go to Filter>Blur>Radial Blur and use theese settings: amount:40 method:spin qualety:mediumit should look something like this now
Image

set the blending mode to multiply and the oppacety to 70% so it looks like this
Image

6. now go to colour balance , if you cick on the litte half black and half white cirkel :
Image
there you will find it.
Use this settings: Shadows: 0/0/+42. Midtones:+10/0/0 hightones(i think its called that): +85/0/0.

7. size down your render and throw it in, now grab the lasso tool and change the feather to 20px, now just make a marking around the render
Image

now click the layer mask icon:Image
set the blending mode to overlay

do that one more time but this time set the blending mode to hard light it should now look something like this:
Image
if not try diferent blending modes.

8.now again go to the litte half white half black cirkel and pick Hue/Saturation and use theese settings: -13/-58/+5, you dont have to use those setting if you want you can play around with it.
Image
this is what i got.

9.make a new layer and press Ctrl + A to mark the whole canvas. now go to Edit>Stroke. choose the colour black and i chose 5px wide, than do the same again but now make it 4px wide and instead of black its going to be white. now again but 1px wide and black again. set the blending mode to overlay.
Image

10. add a cool text and we are done.

I'd prefer the background more red. I also would've taken the 7th image, but then less purple :)
But a nice tutorial though, great for a first :D
