thats easy...
make new layer and select a squere with squere selecting tool [i duuno that exacli name]
and then edit>stroke>[3pixels.color:black] and ok
then go agen edit>stroke>and [2pixels.color:white]
and then make layer sift light

It looks cool, but like everyone said the text is a bit off with the L and J.

well...that because i don't use it
