Anyone help me with my blending?

Can anyone write me a tutorial on how to blend renders with a background well. I can't do it and I want to and cannot find a tutorial. Since you are all ripping on my work, can you help me?

Use it and learn. Have fun with things, and don't take them so serious. Everyone is always learning, but you don't have to focus on blendings and such. I don't as I feel it takes away from your image. Also search for brushes, there are a ton on DeviantArt that even have the grunge brushes, making your rendering better.
