I like the first one but ive seen that render used so many times. The second one is ok but I dont really like pop-out sigs. Still, first one is good.

There both good, bottom is one of the good few pop-up sig. The 1st one is nice although the render is way over used. Good job.

If you mean that little white part then yes, thats part of the background.
