I cant read the text at all, I think that might be how its supposto look. You could blend the render a bit with the backround a bit also.

What text did you chose, 'normal' language(One ring to rule them bla bla) or the darkspeech(Ashnag etc.)?
Because I can't seen to fit the text in with the 'normal' language we use(i.e. the words dont match the writings), or any of the writing system I know of.

the font i used for it is called Tengwar Annatar in Bold Italic

so what type of blend would anyone suggest?

Copy background, put above layer of the render, elleptical Marquee tool, select the whereabouts of the render, check if the feather is set on 30, and press delete.

Those fonts never are right Ill fix something for you to use, because they linked the wrong characters to the wrong buttons (i.e. the 'A' is linked to the 'L')

The text I used was:
One ring to rule them all, One ring to bind them.
One ring to find them all, and in darkness bind them.
I believe that's the text of the ring(Not sure).
