Learning to make MY OWN sigs :D

Ok this is like my 3rd sig... I'm really bad at making em, I would like to know, How do you make backgrounds? Like the flowers and the artwork to put behind my character.
This would really make it look better... and my sig spells MOFO

Oh yea and how i make borders???
GUESS WHAT! I FOUND LEVEL 64+3 SOS SPEAR WHICH IM PLANNING TO MAKE +7!!!
It's already at 753-877 PHYS DMG 57% ~ 1388-1757 MAG DMG 93%
Make it +7 and it will be like... 900-1000 PHYS DMG ~ 1700-2000 MAG DMG! Omg its so goldy.. Well to be honest I never seen a spear with that much lol.. and I've never seen MAG DMG (+93%) ... and PHYS DMG 57%.
LALALALA! Starting a NUKER..

it depends on what/which software you use..and then you can find lots of tutorials for making sigs etc...

Its OK for a first "no tutorial" sig, next time follow a nice tut and i bet itll come out 10x better
, then after that, ull begin making sigs off the top of your head

GIMP is free whereas photoshop isnt....
even though i use PS CS2
