How to make a signature ?????

Can anyone show me how to make a good signature and like tell me which program should i use and about ImageShack do they have any signature maker to download free and stuff like that so i can make me a better signature one and thanks u for showing me how and where to download da program to make it

u can use photoshop cs 2 it is the most common used
