hi my guild signature and avetar!!

my avetar is to the left and my signature is in bottom plz leave any comments thxs 
I would only suggest making the background less noisy so that the foreground can be seen better.
The avatar's text is too hard to read. When using a light-coloured outer glow, don't have light-coloured text. And it's a good idea to change the glow's colour from the default puke-yellow, because I can guarantee you there is only a few instances where that colour works. You would be better off with a black Stroke effect perhaps.
