what kind of quality services will you be offering?

The good:
1. Simple and to the point
2. overall good composition

the bad:
1. The red shine seems a little strange. Moreover you've placed it on top of the text, resulting in a red edge on the big letters.
2. gray border border seems a little out of place when you have round edges on the inner part.
3. could do with shine on the letters
4. You could try adding some kind of pattern behind the letters (hexagons, squares or w/e). Just a plain gray-brownish background is boring.

The round edges are for when I plan to make the background of the site blend in with the logo outside border.

I'll consider the shine as well. I probably add a arch in the midly in the center of GAIGETECH and make the top slightly lighter or darker



and the shapes behind the logo, I like the idea but I'm kind of confused on that, could you give some more detail or some examples on what you mean?

As for the shapes behind the logo... well you already added something

Personally I'd pick something a little larger. Right now there's so many particles in the background that it looks a little hyperactive. In my imagination I just put some hexagons behind the letters and had them fade out as they closed in towards the borders, but it's really just personal taste.

It's best to just pick out something that will fit with the rest of the website.

Some minor points you may want to consider now:
- adding some light at the rounder borders to make it look like it sticks out.
- turn the gaige into a light source
- calmer background pattern
But these are all personal preference.

oh yeah, the gradient change is a little too sudden/sharp and possibly not at the right place (not sure about the second part)...
