Nice and simple. needs a bit more cleaning though. it should be fine even without the text but the font matches the theme perfectly. it's a good photo retouch but i wouldn't describe it as heavy work as a sig. if i was photographing the girl, I would definitely utilize the design as a wallpaper.

A little more to the left wouldn't hurt lol. Either that or cut a portion off the left area.

Just because we "baked" you before for not following the rule of thirds doesn't mean you have to strictly use it in every sig, you know? Art is meant for deviation.
Smudging could use a bit of varying flow, if not that at least make them uniform.
