Was wondering if one of you Photoshop pros could help me out with something simple.

i just need this

on top of this

and have it say at the top "Avell"
and on the bottom "forever drowning"

You could change the bubbles and be how ever creative you want, its just i spent an hour in gimp and could not figure out how to do it >.<
