I've been tryin' to make "elements" so to speak. I think i'm gettin' good wit fire, and i tried rain. I dun know how to make ice if anyone can point me in the right direction that would be awsome anyway this is wat i got so far.

A bit more bright blue than rain, and get it all crystallized and nice..

Try using channel mixers to add frost, then use a soft brush to add snow. The wind filter is also a great way to add icicles ^^.
