Awesome job Ex - I like how the line of his saber comes up from the lower left and directs you to the guys face. (He looks like a bug or something lol.)

Both great work but I love Shomari's abstract work. Very interesting how it can mold into pretty much any given theme. Congrats to both.

@Brago: I'm not a big fan of abstract either but it's simple enough to interpret this one (you don't even have to). Anyway, your vote, your opinion.

Ex Soldier's theme appeals to me more, but Shomari's Lp is awesome also, I never learned to make things like that. But im gona give my vote to Ex.

Ex on this one for me. Even the symbolism here didnt quite jump at me as "destruction"

Ex's piece didn't shout destruction to me. The theme feels sort of washed away with the way he presented his piece, lots of movement and emphasis on the "destroyer" i presume. As for Shomari's piece, I found it quite excellent. Simply looking at it, you can't help but feel "shattered" or "destroyed" Use of dark tones, and a bright red give it that "aggressive" feel that is greatly associated with "destruction" . All in all, nice art from the both of you :]

ExSoldier's piece is ok. I can see only a background and a render with some effects. Not so much effort put in it.

Shomaris piece on the other hand, is amazing. The idea shouts "destruction" and the volcano (thats how i see it) is well build.

My vote goes for Shomaris piece. Good job.

Am i missing something? I mean they were both excellent, but why do you guys think ES's LP was worse (about 2x worse according to the poll) than Shomari's piece. I'm not really getting the whole abstract deal?

Doesn't necessarily mean it was "2x worse". It obviously wasn't. Shomari's could've been only slightly better, in some peoples eyes. And since they can only pick one, they picked him.
