I like it in general but really not feeling the text and it seems a bit unfinished. Smokes and bubbles are nice but maybe you want to try bringing some of that effect to the foreground? It just seems a little too empty but it has a pretty good potential.

I like it.
BG and render blend well, the reflection on the left is well done, and you kind of made it look like a very realistic painting.
Not feeling the text, could've used a more swirly, smokey text.
Overall, 7.9/10
And dayum I really like his jeans on that pic.
