Help making a sig

Is it possible for anyone to make a sig out of this pic that fits the new guidelines?

Maybe at the bottom corner it could say

Imposition
4X Nuker

Dark picture and grasswalk makes it hard to cut out. Might want to retake that shot without your name above your head, if you want your name somewhere else in the sig.

that so bootiful can anyone make one for me but yaow i aint have any image but i need to take one =( *sigh* i took many pics but dont have time to do it or i might dont have a program to work it out for those nice and great sign like other ppl have
