So, as ya'll know, this is my sig.

Image

But, it's quality isn't that well, since I resized it and I changed it to B&W with Windows Photo.. something.

Original:

The quality already wasn't very good, but I would love it if someone could brush it up a little without altering it too much.

I love it, but maybe our pro photoshoppers could make the image a bit better quality plz?

save it again as a png. never ever use jpeg again.
jpg/jpeg = lossy
png = lossless

both are small in size.

EDIT:
load the psd file of the touched up version of the original and save that one as a png. not save the finished version again as a png, that would not make a difference.

EDIT EDIT:
I suppose apart from returning it's quality to normal by saving it as png, your best try might be to touch it up with the blur tool =/. Mainly around the nose I guess.
But I don't consider myself particularly pro with PS.

But I could only B&W it as a jpeg. + the original is already bad quality.

But can't you just fic the face? since it quite pixelly....

Or else Miro do it cuz he's the one that started to bitch about it.

I can try my hand at it, but don't expect much.
I only need you to give me your PSD file.

Changing the image format does nothing if he doesn't have the original raw image. You can only make the quality worse from that point on if it's just an image you found on the web--by the looks of it it is.

That being said I did what I could to save the image which is...fix contrast, de-noise, brush skin. I'd probably wait to see if inky has anything to offer to this thread since photography seems to be his forte. I've only done this sort of stuff one or twice for a client.

^ he had an already bad Q pic that he made black and white and saved as a jpeg again turning it to even worse quality.

Then let's wait for inky, cuz I really like it in B&W so maybe he could fix it...

Oh, making it black and white is no biggie. I meant maybe inky could clean it up better than I.

O.o

Sorry didn't read the thread earlier. But looks like Hostage did it already. =p

It's fine the way it is right now. The only way to clean it more is if you smudge/color burn while pixel peeping the picture. Or get a much darker layer on top of it and erase everything except the dark stripes and set to like 50%-90% opacity. Just a quick thought. Not sure if it'll work though.

If you need something from me next time, just PM. :sohappy:

I tried. Didn't have much time so just a quick retouch =/

Not that satisfied since it was a rush job but posting it anyway.

Hmmm.. I like it, but the background could do with a bit more light..

if you could do that for me I'll love you so much that we'll make out all night (and maybe I'll even let you touch my pleasant parts)
