The first one is far better and it's pretty good. I'd say you sharpen the focal to increase the depth, he seems blurry. And I don't like the text :/

I understand it's for depth, but it looks way too blurry. And also, the hand, in front of the render is blurry, to a similar amount of the background, which imo looks weird.

For some reason, I absolutely hate it :/
The perspective of the hand just annoys me, especially since I can barely tell what it is, by the looks of it, it looks like some robotic hand, the dark spot on the hand(?) keeps my eyes shifting between that and the focal point(face)

The hand is blurred to give a sense that he's about to hit someone really fast

Thats his glasses Or do you mean the yellow-ish light near his left glass? Thats a Soft Brush(Orange) on a Black Layer on Screen.
