Without the border is better imo. At least on this forum.

Imo, no border is better, but if you want to do a border I would do a 1 px. black border cause it isnt as over powering as you border you currently hav. Also, I'm not really feeling the rainbow on his back. Rest is good especially the blending and BG, KIU!

Actually the blending is horrible.(that's Spanish for "horrible" btw)

It seems like a wip, spend some more time on it.
Tie everything in together.
Everything seems to be everywhere, add more elements of color so the rainbow can make sense.
Or, take out the rainbow and work with the concept that's there because without the rainbow I see a decent sig.(in wip stage mind you)

The rainbow shoudn't be there,otherwise its nice but pretty basic.
