so I was going to make a big mod for ZSZC (other sro versions pserver stuff) and i wanted to change the loading icons. I would greatly appreciate if someone could make some via the sro pictures (I will provide) you can put your name on it and what not (like "name -SRF") ill give credit and so on.

the size of the loading icons are 400x148

Make it more like original one (colors) it will look awesome. Also you could make similar by cutting some wallpapers and use Sepia effect + some texures

I remember a couple of years ago, someone converted the splashes into colored ones. It shouldn't be that hard coz you can easily get the original images from the official site's concept art section.

Here's a really quick one:

V2 looks really good perhaps the boarder all the way around? kinda how the original has it otherwise its pretty good.

hmmm idk the color does seem to look better :O also do you think it would be possible to take out "Silkroad Online" and put in "ZSZC"? not a big deal but it would be different

You'd have to give him a PNG of "ZSZC" unless he actually has the font used for SRO.
