Easy for you to say, but paint.net only has copy, paste, and destroy options in the toolbar.

paint.net has alot of effects...i downloaded 490+ effects its pretty easy to use it...but i watched like 15 tutorials beforei made this...i just started doing sigs and stuff...

Decent for your second sig. Doesn't really flow very nicely though. And why does the joker look like he's in a ribbon twirling competition? Haha.

Tried GIMP to be honest i dont like it no offense those who use it i now youcang et alot of good stuff with it but paint.ent is easier to use and i prefer it more

Yep, paint.net is more similar to PS than GIMP is, both are decent though

yeah, agreed with above. It doesn't flow lols, and I'm sure the Joker would love to enter a ribbon twirling comp.

It just looks like it was done by hand, but it could be a bad pen job too.

yup that neon light stuff around the joekr was done with a pen tool :P i jsut watched the tutorial thats why it looks so bad :)
