I was wondering what it took to get this kind of effect.
It looks like a cool blue photo filter.

Get a cool shade of blue and put it on lighten. But it doesn't seem like just that, it seems like theres another color that's been used on darken, so that her face changed color a bit too. Maybe a few more adj. layers more for the atmosphere, but the blue fill is the key.

Yea, looks like that works. Needs a ton of work from there though.

It might be a well composed gradient as well, but I did mention you will need a few more adj layers.

That's what I thought, I am trying it on a rather blown out picture of me though.

With brightness/contrast adjustment and choose... Green as a channel? =/

Now that I took a closer look at it, looks like a green/orange Gradient Map with ... black/white in low opacity? =/

Go w/ a #67563e fill on soft light around 25-30% opacity.
Then a #0f2a4f fill on exclusion at around 20%
Order of the two layers don't really matter(nor the color as long as it isn't drastic)...whatever floats your boat.
Looks like the blue is around 100% in the pic tho.
