It's cool, but there are a couple things I don't like. The background is very cool smudging, but the render isn't blended very well, and it doesn't look like a very good focal point (the shirt) and the text is just plain not very good. It's a serif font (the little things on the end of the letter) which is more professional type, and doesn't match the render and the whole theme of the render.
Also, save in PNG format, MUCH better quality.

Work on text. Dont just slap it on at then end, incorporate it into the whole piece.

Not hard at all, just make a "+" sign and save it as a brush and your done.

yeah i sorta suck at text
, with the brush i just drew a + and made it a brush
thanks for the cnc helps me get better
