Some of you guys are amazing at making signatures. Now that ive finally fixed my CS2, ive decided to jump back into it as well. This is something I threw together real quick, just to get the feel of it again.


I made it a popout because I like the render and wanted as much in as could work. And yeah I know the backround is meh, but like I said I just threw it together. So give it to me straight, yay or nay?

it doesn't fail epicly, it doesn't even look that bad, but it's not right either...
- text looks a little bit dorky
- character isn't cut out well ( you can see a little white edge)
- character doesn't really mix well with the background
- background is too simple
- borders? (personally I don't really like the borders, but that's not incredibly important)

it's also too big, so you won't be able to use it as a signature on this forum.

Go Layer --> Matting , to make the Render a bit cleaner.

Pop-out = ewwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww
Try to make the bg more upbeat and happy putting more emphasis on the fact she is smiling (in some sort of sadistic way since she's holding knives...maybe you could also work on that) Try to also mix in just a touch of darker values...(just a little)
