Its not bad at all.
But imo... your layout needs fixing up a bit.
Middle and right panels are out of place. Get them inline with the rest of the page. Move the right panel right so that it is inline with the far end of the navbar etc etc.
I also dont like the hover colour for the navbar links. The silver looks completely out of place. Change it to a different tone of purple or some other colour used on the site (maybe the blue from the header would be a good choice).
Oh and scale it all down a bit. Navbar is too big. Fonts are too big. Makes it look a bit vulgar at the mo.
But yeah, should be good with a bit of a touchup.

Don't use standard text with anti-alias for your typography. When you code it and publish it, it will not look the same.
Your highlight on the nav is blurred out and blown up, the edges are too sharp and noisy.
Cursive on the login is illegible.
"forgot username/password" looks out of place and style.
TIP: For a design like this that isn't interface intensive, I would suggest building out of code straight away.
