I got asked to make a website for a school "Winner's Academy" which has a website at winnersacademy.org
I made this design a couple years ago while messing with .css formats and learning the basics. The principal of the school prefered this design even though i far more sophisticated websites I made. Check it out, tell me what I should improve, the site may look a litte bare ATM but yah... lol

I can't see it..
You see this page, because the system administrator of 000webhost.com is currently checking this website for malicious content. This redirect will be removed once we will finish manually checking all files on this account. As far we check over 100 websites, it can take about 2-4 hours to complete. If you are the owner of this website, you will get email confirmation once it's done. If you are a visitor - please come back later.

Oh wow, the website that you've created is 10x better. The original one looks like it was done with an instructional HTML guide lol. I honestly really don't have any advice, but yours looks good.

Constructive criticism... (i'm not trying to put you down

)
Learn more CSS. Simple things like link hover properties will make it much better (subtly changing the color etc.)
Learn more about fonts. Use simple fonts, Calibri, Arial, Verdana etc.. they look much more proffesional and easier on the eye.
Change your sizes and layout. EG. Your header image looks completely out of place.
Basically:
Look at other websites you thing are good. Get inspiration. Learn from them.

I don't like the gray,white, black color scheme. Maybe add some blue as in the original site to go with the banner. Otherwise, pretty good job

Top part looks unfinished and bottom bland; and you should post website c&c in the art section.

I agree with Devilman. Gray color Just doesn't fit your banner. Just change or add some more color. Otherwise it looks good to me.

That.
And it's way too clean and safe. It looks like a Wordpress template right now. Your website's gotta define the purpose of the business/whatever.

i would say left align the top banner or make it bigger, but i think a logo and a tag line would be better than a banner, the separation between the nav bar and the content seems akward
for the footer try putting it below the main content area
