Im new at photo shop this is what i made

This is my first sig

Rate 1-10 please

its not bad it just needs more to it. try filling the whole thing up with something and not just 1 whole color

Its nice cuz its simple, but its too simple. Expand on it more. Not bad for a first though.

Im not good at photo shop i have no clue what to do in it haha

You could look for more or a better lightning image. You also have to decide on a common theme. Background image is too plain so add a gradient or something. Just play around with the layers.

Then more of it and more light radiating from it. Other than that, those are all the tips I can share =p
