nice IMO..but the 2nd lady from the right...her hat is gone

Ok since it ur first time with it i gotta cut u some slack but just remeber to get as much white space cuz it makes the pic lookk ugly but neways good job

Well...
Cutting pictures and pasting them really requires no skill, sorry. First, find better renders (ones without Silkroad on all their feet...). Second, cut them better. NO WHITE EDGES! You left whole white spots between their arms. Magnify is your friend. Using a mask would hurt either. Don't pixelate things. If your picture is too small, don't blow it up to 2x its size. It just won't look good, period.
You gotta learn to crawl before you can walk. My advice is to practice cutting renders. There's not need to post it and ask for advice because it's not hard to tell what is well cut and what isn't. If anything visible is left on the edges of the picture, it's not good. Make it better. Cutting is a pain, but that's what you get for using renders.
Once you learn the basics, you can then start adding effects and one not. NOTE: DO NOT SIMPLY USE A DEFAULT FILTER AND CALL IT A DAY! Filters can be great but only when you use them correctly and usually in conjunction with other effects.
In other words, simply copy and pasting something and lazily cutting it is nothing to get excited over. You actually have to do something to it. Play around. Check out some tutorials. In fact, there's no better way to learn all the ins and out of PS than using tutorials, IMO. Once you've tried some things out, you'll be able to think of things in your head and do them straight on the screen.
