What did you use to make this? Is it exclusively PS/mouse/filters or did you use a Wacom-like tablet to draw?
It looks awesome! 10/10 on this one!

I'm no critique expert.. but if i'm looking for something that looks good and interesting, that's the exact thing i'd be wanting to see.

Well since I'm far from your level I'm not the best person to critique you. But it is different. I haven't seen anything like this from you. It's so dark (not a bad thing). Yet it looks really nice. I like your glowy works more but this is really amazing too.
