What did you use to make this? Is it exclusively PS/mouse/filters or did you use a Wacom-like tablet to draw?

Sadly I didn't use my wacom this time even though I should.

Well since I'm far from your level I'm not the best person to critique you. But it is different. I haven't seen anything like this from you. It's so dark (not a bad thing). Yet it looks really nice. I like your glowy works more but this is really amazing too.
