I'm amazed how clean all those lines are. You should make tutorial for proper vectoring lol.

Thanks for the comments, I'll see what I can do about making a wallpaper version :p

It comes with Adobe Illustrator, which uses mathematical algorithms to generate lines/curves, making the program highly versatile hence all the smoothness, compared to Photoshop which manipulates individual pixels.
You can pentool shapes in PS too, but they wont be as smooth as Illustrator would make them. Download a copy of illus and try it out, you'll see what I mean :p

Actually I have illustrator installed on my computer. All I have done with it was some 3D text. Maybe I'll try this out.

I remember someone making a "The Roots" sig version of this (not on this forum) with the heads all intermingling as one but I never really liked it. Seeing it in a much bigger canvas size like this is a different story, I think it the negative space, it just has so much more appeal.
No real constructive criticism because it's a nice solid piece for what it is but I kinda want to see you move into more ambitious vectoring now.

Or better yet! Join me in my new found joy for digital painting.

EDIT:
Scavenging through my bookmarks I found the sig I was talking about. My mind made it out to be more similar then I thought it to be but oh well. I guess I gravitated towards yours for the colours aswell:P

This one is great. I can't really give any c'n'c but, good work. This piece has inspired me to go get my hands on a copy of adobe illustrator. :3 I'm kinda disappointed that you have stopped tagging, however this is really cool. Kudous to you. I'd love to see some more of your recent work.

Haha, thanks. I kinda grew out of the tagging scene and found myself enjoying making larger pieces. It's a great skill to have along side though.

Oh my, I'd defintely love to see that worked on a bigger canvas, especially when it's the Roots.

Seriously. Atm, I'm thinking of buying a decent wacom tablet, probably when I save up enough money.

Actually, I found this useful when I first started. Tinkering with AI was a little confusing at first but this helped me heaps:
