Could someone make the finishing touches on my sig?

I kinda suck at photoshop, and i'm not really willing to do all the tutorials =/
So I'll ask you guys whether any of oyu could please make the finishing touches on mine.
here's a PSD file that should aready be in the current state (though i'm not really sure how it will work out)

it doesn't really need much...
- make the lines and circles more neon-like so that they really stick out.
- add line shaped pattern through the rings (like the pic in the menu here: http://basverhagen.nl/dani/index.htm)
- edit the guy a little, and maybe find a better place for the logo.
- add personal touch
- perhaps add rounded edges, if possible do with avy as well
if your into it I would like to request a blue-ish version as well =)
