Not bad. Just want to say that you have too many bright colors there. Image becomes little bit messy like that. Also you could work on blending. Other than that good job. You are improving.

Well thanks. I'm trying new techniques and this one is based with bluring. I've used gaussian blur and motion blur to make it like it moves. Well thanks for comments
