I think I can do more. I know I need to fix up the lighting a bit. Suggestions?

Good piece, has your name written over it. Lighting is fairly good imo, just make some reflection from his fist as well.
And what I'd do, is manipulate the bg stock. As in, erase some parts of it that look bad/empty and put parts that look good. So maybe you get a cooler perspective or something.
Good start either way.
EDIT: And more solid effects perhaps.
