The white blob in the middle of the 2nd one is SCREAMING for some cool eyes.

hmm, i like the first one a lot.
the second one, the light on the right top corner are hurting my eyes. or is it just me?

1st;
Very nice colours and all, but right now, its looking kinda chaotic, cuz of that, flow is lacking. Also, even though its an abstract, try to setup a focal.
2nd;
Its way too bright. Also, all the random effects and such are drowning out any chance for a strong flow and focal.
Overall, work on composition.

I absolutely adore the second one. No real opinion on the first, but the second one is sick.
I guess you could darken it, but it's such so frikin' sick I don't even care ^ ^
