Open up Paint, insert picture, mess with Stretch/Skew until you get to the right guildmark size (don't remember what that is), then save it as 16-color (iirc) jpg, rename to guildmark, pop in SRO folder.
(note: this is only an example, I didn't do the right size as I don't remember, nor is it 16 color)

When you save rename as "guildmark"
it is 16x16 and bmp :]

Here's one I whipped up. It isn't correct format, I'm aware of that.
