Which one is it?

I'm downloading Adobe Photoshop CS3 but am wondering if it is a good program for this? What do most of you use, and what do most of your tutorials require?

The best Photoshop program is Photoshop. I think you meant "photo editing" program. CS 1/2/3/4 is the best you can get, I think. I have tried gimp and paint pro, and they are pretty weak in comparison. I love PS CS 3. EDIT: 1337 post, yea, Screenshotted

imo, Paint.net is right behind it. With plug-ins you can download, it truly is a good free program.

Ok. Well I just Downloaded Adobe PS CS4. Already had Paint.net, but got sick of it.
