Now I have Photoshop and I've done these two.

Also, I have a problem, my photoshop has no smudge tool.

Right click on the drop of water (blur tool) in the tool box to select smudge, noob.

Same for me, i was like what the ****, i dont have a smudge T_T and no bucket etc .... untill i googled it xD

They are ok for first ones. But you should follow some tutorials, that is everyone's start.

Pick one of those, or any other you want from viewtopic.php?f=11&t=45762.
If you want to look for some more tutorials (and you will want to) go to some gfx sites, or deviantart, you will find countless tutorials. See for which suit you.
