Thought I'd share this. It's a fan-made (pretty much translated) Japanese art program that's free and seems you can do alot of cool stuff in it. Just downloaded it now but haven't installed yet. Anyway, hope this will be something new and fun for the srf artists, I'm eager to try it as well ^^
