Hi
I'd like to start with photoshopping and i need a free photoshop program anyone knows a good one?

Depends on that do you want free or "free" program. If you want free then I recommend GIMP but if "free" is what you want I recommend Adobe Photoshop.

i myself have photoimpact > dunno if thats any good though to be honest, it came free with all my pc's so far O.o

Not one bit. I used it a while ago and I could remember it doesnt even have all the basic tools photoshop has. For example it doesn't even have a smudge tool, nevermind all the other things it lacks.
