Looks OK to me.. Just add a mouth, lots'a shadows 'n' stuff. And why did you type "by Bryan" twice? lol, good work. finish it.

I like it alot, mouth's missing but it's not so bothersome because of the whole attitude the picture has.
I like the text in the background too.

Is it a boy or a girl?

You're using a bit to many solid lines, you should focus creating features through shadows and hues. Other wise you're person starts to looks way to animated.

Animated was the look I was going for :]
My last vector had shadowing, different shades, etc.
Just wanted to do something simple

When I first started this, I intended not to put eyes or a nose,
but the mouth looked wrong. So, I made a nose instead :\

By the by because the title is NVR~Me, could it be this is a vec of yourself? :o

Also can someone tell me what the NVR and NSR mean? xD

My guess the V is for Vector and the S for Sig

Ahhh, well if you attended it to be like that then it's a different story, I don't like much at all then, sorry. It looks like a he has a "pig nose". Work more on your concept. Either that or tone down the nostrils.

Also, some parts are over sharpened my advice: do your edits in a higher resolution then size down for smooth lines

Do your resize after you do your edits, that way it will look smooooooooth~
