Hmm nice. One of your best but a couple little things.
One thing being the depth. Your foreground overlaps your background.
Lastly, the border.

looks pretty good, tho its too dull for me. try to lighten it up a bit ... add some brighter colors in or something, its all using adjacent colors ... bleh

The effects are overlapping him on the right, this is a depth killer. Nice work kiu.
