It's ok for a first sig. Just try to have only one focal in a sig (instead of 2, the anime girl and the.. thing). KIU.

Really nice start, alot better than my first ever sig hehe, i would just say continue with the good work, do some tuts and experiment, oh and V2 for sure, alot better without the lil brown creature hehe, nice work x)

You mean to only use the background that is behind the girl and not the left one that is black/blue/green?
