fix the head and you're ay-oke. I think it needs to be a little larger and the face is a little crappy...I suggest taking a good look at face of an anime character.
worked for me anyway...

Do you use guidelines?
If you don't, let me give you an advice: USE THEM!
You'll be surprised how well it goes when you use them, i didn't since them until last week i think, and my drawing got a lot better since then although i was already very good

She has pinguin lips XD
Also the hands are really hard (finger and stuffs) for me
Any advice for what should i draw for the next?

try drawing an anime character with guidelines, and see the difference between your other drawings and the new one
