from adobe site you can download the 14 day trial.

however, there are other downloads, but we will not talk about em in public
cause they are illegal -.-

if you wish to get photoshop legally, download the trial, then buy the program.
if you wish to get photoshop an other way, pm me.

Well, I don't know of any warp tool. But if you go to edit>>Transform>>Warp I'm pretty sure that's what he meant. Also for outer glow, go to layer>>layer style>> Blending options. And click the box that says outer glow and mess around with the settings.

on the subject of tutorials: a friend of mine was wondering: bittorrent and associated material is not an appropriate topic here is it. I told him no but that I would ask. 8)
