Lol Ex, feel free to hide that apply image layer. You shouldn't worry about it, as long as you are hiding other people's layers rather than deleting them.
EDIT: I made the apply image to create some depth.

For reasons unknown, I'm limited to the things I can do in Photoshop (can't use certain filters) using the PSD you supplied Shomari. It's not happening with the PSD's everyone else gave, so I'm assuming it's you. Do you use a Mac, or some odd version of Photoshop? Or is it just me?

I would like the next person to keep the look, seeing as it looks totally fucking awesome. Haha, but seriously if you guys don't like it that's fine. If you do, I'd like who ever gives it a go next to decide whether or not to keep "Layer 54 copy"; just play with that layer a bit.
Edit: I believe the problem was caused by a Mac, I guess the file's properties changed or something. If you don't have a Mac Shomari, then I'm clueless as to why it limited Photoshop for me.
