harddisk.

SO

his pc without photoshop can connect but i cant copy the files through my
harddisk and i cant send em to my mail cause i couldnt open em on my laptop

you should be able to navigate around your external drive w/o the mouse. before unplugging the mouse, go to start -> run and type "explorer" and hit enter. after that comes up, click on "My Computer" in that window. then unplug the mouse and connect your drive.

when the drive pops up under my computer, just arrow up and down till it's highlighted. then hit the "Tab" button to bounce over to the other side of the window. highlight whatever folder you wanna view and hit enter, and you'll be in it. repeat as necessary till you get to the file. highlight the file and hit Ctrl-C to copy it, then Tab as needed to get back to the other side of the explorer window. arrow up and down till you find the place you want it stored, then Tab back over to the other window one last time. hit Ctrl-V to paste it into the folder of your choosing.

unplug drive, replug mouse, VOILA! <3 XD gogogogogo!
