PHOTOSHOP ERROR

so i find out my dad has photoshop and he puts everything on a usp drive. and i put it in my laptop. when i install it it says error: i should close the following programs "internet explorer" but internet is not even up. so i tried restarting and disabling my internet connection. still doesnt work, anyone got a solution?

press CTRL+ALT+DEL, go to the tab processes and close the process "iexpore.exe"

lol yeah i tried that doesnt work.. i figured it out though. when i end process it just pops up again with 3 more. so i had to close all of them really fast and then install it. yep
