i'm using GIMP to edit stuff, it's free so if anyone is interested just google GIMP and it should come up

I like the distortion effect you had around the border of the last one. And still no transparency. The difference that would make is that right now around the edges of your sig there is a bit of white which shows a regular rectangular edge to the image, instead of the ragged edge from the effect you added. You can't just make the background the same color as this forum background because it alternates with every post. If you make that white space a color that you define as transparent, it will not show so your sig will blend nicely with any background. Unfortunately I can't tell you how to do this in GIMP. You'll need to save as a .png, I think.
