lol.
if you mean just a pic, go to photoshop or whatever and save as *.gif

if you want an animated pic.. idk i always work with flash to make animations,
but there are other options

If you use Photoshop, create for each frame a layer, then go to ImageReady and make the gif as you want it, then save it. :3

Pfff google around for free gif animators. These programs are mostly 2-5 MB and work perfectly and very user friendly, easy.

You can just import pics from your pc, put them in order and set the size, time for each pic, that stuff and save it as a .gif and there you go! :)
