help! rendering sucks

Heyhey
I've been playing around with Fraps and Adobe premiere pro 2.0.
As a result of that, I made a tiny vid of me playing with my rogue. Somehow, everything looks good and sharp when i play it in premiere, but the quality sucks after rendering.

(No comments on the vid pls, result of 30 mins playing around.)

I have tried rendering in different formats, it slightly improved. The first version was unviewable. Still i cant get it better then this.
My computer IS able to render videos in great quality, since we had to make a little movie for school this year which was way heavier. I dont know what im doing wrong now.
Help?

Might look good on your PC, but its youtube that sucks.

yer, you can hardly see the different chars running around let alone see the skills and type they use/are :p

let us see some higher quality so we can rate plx

Dont like to quote myself, but its not youtube for me ^^ I just cant get it rendered nicely.
